About Craignure
Craignure, located on the Isle of Mull is the easternmost point and the main ferry terminal on the island. Although small, Craignure offers a lot to explore before travelling further to the north to Tobermory or to the west to Iona.
In the immediate vicinity of the ferry port is the Duart Castle which was restored to its former glory by the 26th chief of the clan Macleans. On the other side is the Torosay Castle, a grand Victorian mansion with splendid gardens.
You can get to the Torosay Castle by the narrow gauge Isle of Mull railway in operation since 1984.You can explore Craignure and the Isle of Mull at a leisurely pace which suits the life on the island. The island's tourist information centre and village shops are very close to the pier and the ferry terminal.
Book your Craignure ferry crossing simply and securely online in real time and with instant email confirmation on AFerry.com.
