EuroFerrys Overview
EuroFerrys begun offering its ferry service between Algeciras, Ceuta and Tangiers in 1998. Euroferrys' aim is to reign over the Strait of Gibraltar by offering its passengers the highest quality level possible. EuroFerrys was recently taken over by another Spanish ferry operator, Acciona Trasmediterranea, and has been a subsidiary of Acciona since July 2006.
Routes
EuroFerrys run crossings from the ferry port of Algerciras on the south coast of Spain to Tanger (Tangier) and to the Spanish enclave of Ceuta.
You can also book Euroferrys services between Malaga (Spain) and Melilla (Morocco) and between Almeria (south-east Spain) and Nador (north-east Morocco) with AFerry.com (these routes are run under Acciona Trasmediterranea).
For similar routes on the Gibraltar Straits between Spain and Morocco - including the Spanish enclave of Ceuta - with Acciona Trasmediterranea, Balearia or Nautas Al Maghreb, please refer to the list of alternative operators on AFerry.com to the right.
Onboard Facilities
Euroferrys consists of two modern vessels; the Euroferrys Pacifica and the Euroferrys Atlantica. The Euroferrys Pacifica, one of the world's largest catamarans at 101 metres long, provides a daily, direct ferry crossing between Algeciras and Ceuta, and the Euroferrys Atlantica service runs between Algeciras and Tangier.
Each vessel offers comfortable and modern onboard facilities including lounges, air conditioning, solarium, bar, café, duty-free shopping, TVs and a restaurant onboard the Atlantica. |
