GA Ferries is an independent ferry service operator sailing to and from a wide variety of ferry ports in Greece. The company has the most comprehensive coverage of all ferry services in the Aegean, offering a fast, convenient service between mainland Greece and the various small Greek Islands.
GA Ferries' convenient passenger service was established by Mr G. Agoudimos in 1988, after the purchase of the ferries Daliana and Milena. The entrance to the passenger ferry market was the outcome of many years of successful enterprising and hard work in seafaring shipping. The fleet grew when GA Ferries bought the vessels Rodanthi (1990), Marina (1994), Romilda (1994), Dimitroula (1997), and finally with the high speed Jetferry 1, in 2000.
Today the passenger fleet of the GA Ferries comprises 7 standard ferries and 1 hi-speed ferry which all provide a variety of onboard facilties.
All GA Ferries have on board self-service restaurants, preparing tasty dishes daily, which you can accompany with fresh salads, sweet deserts, fruit and refreshments. Some of the ships have a la carte restaurants, where you can discover a range of delicious choices. On the ferry Anthi-Marina a fast-food restaurant is available.
Each ship has a 24 hour reception for any enquiries, payphones, specially designated areas as luggage holds, special pet cabins, lost and found items service, specially designed children's playlands, bars, and a disco playing the latest Greek and international hits.
