SeaFrance is the only French maritime company to operate a ferry service on the cross-Channel route between the English ferry port of Dover and the port of Calais in France. This gives you the unique chance on this route to enjoy the unique French ambiance as soon as you get onboard.
SeaFrance Ferries began operations between Dover and Calais in 1996 after the termination of a pooling agreement with Sealink (by then known as Stena Sealink Line) in 1995, and is now the biggest employer in Calais.
The luxury SeaFrance fleet consists of three fast passenger ships, the SeaFrance Rodin, the SeaFrance Berlioz, and the SeaFrance Molière. The SeaFrance ferry fleet also includes two freight ferries. The two freight ships are the Renoir and the Nord Pas-de-Calais.
SeaFrance has a great selection of restaurants and cafés onboard offering something for all, from La Brasserie grill house, Le Relais self-service restaurant, to the less formal Latitudes bar and Le Pub.
Every SeaFrance ferry also has a dedicated enclosed children's play area, a café, bureau de change, helpful information desk, and La Boutique, SeaFrance's onboard shop that offers wine, beer, spirits, perfume and much more.
