About BoulogneBoulogne - or Boulogne-Sur-Mer as it is properly known is the ideal tourist destination in France. Located in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, it is a stunning seaside town full of hotels, restaurants and bars. The town itself appears to consist of two parts. The lower part is connected to the sea and fishing and features Nausicaà, the National Sea Centre. The upper half is where you will find the castle museum, basilica and belfry.
Boulogne will also delight foodies. Especially seafood fans. Mussels and fries (moules et frites) are a must try but you'll find a variety of fresh fish.
