      Getting to the Whitsundays

      The Whitsunday Islands are formed by a total of 74 islands of fine white sand bathed by crystal clear waters in the Great Barrier Reef - one of the Seven Wonders of the World-which offers amazing marine biodiversity. Most of the region is protected by the National and Marine Park. If you have an idea in your mind of how is a paradise, surely will resemble any of these islands!

      Being located on the Tropic of Capricorn, the Whitsunday Islands have an average temperature of 27 °C, being slightly higher in the summer, so don't forget your sunscreen and hat!

      Cruise Whitsundays operates ferries to the Whitsunday Islands, departing from the Maritime Terminal at the Port of Airlie and from the Whitsunday Coast Airport in Proserpine.

      The fleet
