Ferries to and from Piraeus Athens

Aegean Speed Lines ferries travel daily from Piraeus to the Cyclades islands of Serifos, Sifnos, Milos, Kimolos, Folegandros, Tinos, Paros, Naxos, Ios and the world-famous Santorini and Mykonos. Minoan Lines ferries is a leading Greek ferry company that has been in operation for almost 40 years. Their fleet of six ultra-modern air-conditioned ships feature a complete range of on board facilities. These include full and self service restaurants, internet access rooms and shops. On some ships you may also find a summer time swimming pool, bar, disco and even a gym. Of course, all their ferries offer a wide range of seating and cabins and, if required, they even provide room service.

Saronic Ferries runs a fleet of four ships; the Phivos, Archaeos, Apollon Hellas and Poseidon Hellas. Each ship is equipped with comfortable lounges, bars serving hot and cold drinks and snacks, and plenty of open deck space to experience the magnificent views of the Greek islands and the beautiful ocean.

Zante Ferries operates three conventional ferries, all fully equipped with modern facilities. Relax in the bar, take in the sights out on deck or simply rest in the airline style seats.

The port of Piraeus offers every concievable facility, from shops and restaurants to air conditioned departure lounges, walkways and wi-fi coverage of the whole port.

Getting to Piraeus

Athens' Metro 1 terminates at the port and offers a convenient way of getting in and out of the city. There are also frequent buses. You can buy a ticket for a Euro that is valid for all connecting services for a ninety minute period. There are free shuttle buses within the port itself.
