Upon arrival at Playa Santiago Port, there is one main entrance that is located under the bridge leading into the port. Foot passengers will continue through the bridge using the walkways and enter the main quay area of the port. There is a port building where check-in will take place. The port is on the smaller side, so it is easy to navigate between areas. Once check-in is complete, foot passengers will be directed to the embarkment area. All passengers will embark and board within the same area of the port.

Upon arrival at Playa Santiago Port, there is one main entrance that is located under the bridge leading into the port. Vehicles will continue under the bridge which will lead them onto the main area of the quay. Check-in will completed using the vehicle lanes. Once check-in is complete, the vehicle lanes will contine to direct motorists into the embarkment area. All passengers will embark and board within the same area of the port.
