Pythagorion is one of three ports on the island of Samos, the others being Karlovassi and Vathi. Pythagorion is on the south east side of Samos, with connections to Kusadasi in Turkey.

There are two ships in the Meander Travel fleet; the Meander Express and the Kusadasi Express. Both ships are fast vessels and can carry upwards of 240 passengers.
