Foot Passengers: After checking in at the respective ferry company’s desk, passengers proceed through passport control and customs within the terminal building Vehicles: Upon arrival, drivers should park in the designated car park and check in at their ferry company’s desk inside the terminal, presenting all passengers’ passports. After completing check-in, drivers return to their vehicles and proceed through passport and customs control into the quayside waiting area for boarding.
