Agaete Port is located on the North-West side of the island of Gran Canaria, just outside the main city of Agaete in Puerto de las Nieves ferry terminal. As it is not a very large port, there are only basic facilities including parking and shaded waiting areas. You will also find restaurants in the town of Agaete, which is only a short walk away from the port.
Getting to Agaete port
If you are travelling by car then Agaete is easily reachable from any town on the island. From the popular tourists towns of Las Palmas and Puerto Rico, you can take the GC-1 and GC-2 all the way around the island.
If you are heading via public transport, then you can catch the 103 bus towards Las Palmas, or the 101 bus for Aldea de San Nicolás. The buses can be caught every hour and take between 50 minutes and 1 hour 15 minutes.
