We had to cancel our trip ( reservation 61082126733 ticket ID GN-1318745 ), which I did in time several days before departure Barcelona to Tanger because of thunderstorms and blocked roads due to inondations in North West Marocco. No answer - just a telephone no. in Italy which was unreachable due to overload.
I have demanded to refund our ticket € 685 but no reaction so far. However, communication about delay of departure per sms to our mobile phone worked. The choice was given to have ticket refunded, which I requested, but no reaction so far.
Quite a mixed experience with GNV
Hello. Four-hour delay, boarding at breakneck speed, I was facing the opposite direction from all the other vehicles, and the exit was a madhouse of people who only wanted to get off. I waited until the end next to my vehicle, afraid of being rear-ended. No staff were present to assist with disembarkation. Next time, I'm taking the road.
No free Wi-Fi, arrived too late, no help getting out of the garage
