AFerry: 16381406 Grimaldi Lines: G240741363. Very complicated check-in. I ordered tickets online. Everything was written in Italian, I would prefer English. I considered the document in the appendix \"Biglieto\" to be a ticket for a ship. Fortunately, I visited your office on Eth Street. Antistaseos 4, Kerkira, where I just got my \"real\" tickets. Your employee in this office was very unpleasant. Another problem was navigation in the harbor. Since it was my first time at this location, it was difficult to understand where to stand with my vehicle and when the port would be opened and how the inspection would be done. The information sign is completely missing.
