The trip went very well, but we had a problem with the departure times. We had reservations with AFerry for the 7:40 am departure. But when we went to the Japanese ferry company's website using my booking reference, our departure time was listed as 6:25 am!!! Not knowing what to expect, we had to show up for the 6:25 am departure just in case, only to end up taking the 7:40 am ferry... A waste of time and a good dose of panic for a few hours!!!
shop only opens for an hour, and food only have limited option, windows are king of dirty
The ferry tickets were competitive, the staff were friendly, and the connections between the two terminals and buses were excellent.
