The Albert Quay is heavily signposted, making it easy for passengers and travellers to locate accordingly. The quay is reserved for all Isle of Man Steam Packet customers and will host all foot passengers and those travelling with a vehicle. Once check-in is complete, passengers will embark within the same area depending on their route or destination. The Albert Quay will host all Isle of Man Steam Packet passengers.

Victoria Terminal 2 is close to the motorway network off Junction 1 of the M2 motorway. The entrance to the port is heavily signposted and leads into the main area of the port. Upon arrival, there will be a signpost instructing which lane to take depending on your passenger type. Vehicle passengers will continue to the left and foot passengers straight on. Once check-in is complete, passengers will embark at different locations depending on their route or destination. The Victoria Terminal 2 will host Stena Line passengers travelling to Liverpool.
