Fremantle is Western Australia's largest and busiest general cargo port, operating through two harbours. The Inner Harbour at Fremantle handles almost all of the container trade for Western Australia. It also provides facilities for livestock exports, motor vehicle imports, other general cargo trades, cruise ships, and visiting naval vessels.
The passenger terminal is on F and G Berths on Victoria Quay and a short walk from the centre of Fremantle. It has spacious halls for servicing large numbers of embarking and disembarking passengers.
