Everything was beautiful and perfect except for the heating which was not working as it was only cold and could not be adjusted, furthermore the ship travels too slowly, for the rest super good.
Old tonnage, broken interior, booked a 'Luxury Cabin' (linoleum floor, rather shabby in comparison to other carriers in the Med and the Baltic) for 2 adults and 1 child, but they only provided us with a double bed, not the advertised 3 beds. So only 2 beds/linen/towels. Upon request, a crib was delivered, which was broken and continued to fall apart. No added blanket, pillow or towel. Asked again, but nothing was done. Quite disappointing. The Maitre of the restaurants was great though, food too and the ferry was bang on time.
We booked the ferry with the departure at 12:15. Few days before departure we received an announcement that the ferry would have been delayed with a postponed departure at 15:45. We could have done nothing about it. It meant the our arrival time moved from scheduled 19:45 to 22:45. At the departure day at approx 10 o clock we received another email with another delay. The updated departure was moved to 16:45. When travelling, you cannot be supposed to see emails, so we arrived at 14:38 in the harbour and waited 2,5 hours. The ferry departed at 17:15. We left the ferry in Golfo Aranci at 1:25. So, the next day of our vacation was destroyed becase we were totaly exhausted. If we knew it before, we would have never order this company ferry. We expect money back (full amount).
