We have been using GNV's…

We have been using GNV's services for 29 years already. - points: 1) Dogs urinate “everywhere” on the ship. In the corridors, on the deck, … I love animals, but they belong in the ship's kennels. 2) The condition of the bathrooms in the cabins is often substandard. The Genoa-Palermo route has recently acquired new ships, and even these suffer from poor maintenance. Having the cleaning staff fill out a checklist is the solution. 3) More and more hospitality staff only speak Spanish, which affects smooth operation. 4) The organization of disembarking could be better. Place clear pictograms in the parking garages, just like in public car parks. Place these in the corridors so that passengers can find their vehicles without stress and chaos. 5) Throughout the entire ship, people and dogs sleep in the corridors, corners, and lounges. Once, I enjoyed the trip from Civitavecchia to Palermo, where camping and sleeping stretched out in the lounges was prohibited. No shoes, etc., on the seats. This felt more pleasant and hygienic. + points: 1) The travel times are almost always very accurate. 2) Almost all crew members are very friendly. 3) It is a bit of a holiday for us. The listed downsides are easy to address if the organization is willing to do so. Suggestion: Years ago, a map showing the ship's location appeared on the TV screens on some ships. That was nice information. Can this be done again?
