We had to wait several hours in the sun, without any explanation for the boat's delay. We had to do our own research; it's deplorable. Having insulin medication in a cooler, I was able to retrieve it in a hurry!
There's a nice, large dog area. It would be helpful to provide directions to the port of Genoa, as the city of Genoa isn't able to signpost the ferry terminal. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
