The VIP lounge was in disrepair, and the workers were very rude to us when someone complained about the noise and water leaks in the hallways. One of the workers yelled at the people who complained, and they yelled back in an excessively rude manner. "I don't care how you are anymore; we have enough to deal with, spending all day trying to fix this," was one of the phrases one of these rude workers used with the passengers. I preferred to stay quiet because if I said anything and they yelled back at me in the same way, there would definitely have been a big fight between them and me, and when I get angry, I don't think twice about how I defend myself against aggression. In the end, they spent almost two hours trying to fix it, but nothing worked because the hallways continued to leak water all night, and the air conditioning didn't work, so we were incredibly hot in that lounge. I ended up going to the lounge to spend the rest of the five-hour trip. For these reasons, I'm giving the trip a bad rating because of the workers. And their rudeness. And another thing, I need an invoice for the trip, and the shipping company told me I have to ask Aferry for it, but the problem is there's no way to contact them. The problem is that the invoice isn't in my name; it has to be in the name of the company I work for, but I have no one to contact to get it. And if I don't have an invoice, the company I work for won't reimburse me. So the trip was terrible. I'll try never to buy from that agency again, and I'll look for another shipping company.
I loved it, but it was definitely freezing on the boat. Otherwise, it was great.
