Our crossing went well, the ferry left on time.
The ferry was comfortable, the staff very helpful, and it arrived in Bari very quickly. The problem was in Durres, where 3 ferries arrived and there was no information about which one was going to Bari, the large NADRIA ferry arrived, which turned out to be going to Ancona, while the GNV was going to Bari, I had no information about this. Besides that, it was supposed to depart on Saturday at 11, but it departed at 13-40. There was no information about this either. Overall OK but having these 3 ferries at the same time in Dyrres and no one there to provide information caused a lot of confusion.
Cleanliness and food were good. Unfortunately, the ferry was over two hours late and the prices were a bit higher than usual. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
