The main passenger terminal building has two floors. The ground floor is used for ticket sales, shipping line offices, shops and institutional offices, and the disembarkment lounge. The top floor is occupied by luggage, passport and ticket control facilities, a cafeteria and the embarkment lounges. There are two check-in locations depending on the destination of your journey. All foot passengers travelling with any operator will check-in at the passenger terminal and then be directed to the embarkment area of the port using the bridge walkways. Vehicle passengers will navigate to the correct check-in location using the heavily signposted roads at the entrance to the port. The Tanger-Med check-in area will be located to the left of the port and the Ceuta check-in will be located at the right side of the port, closer to the passenger terminal building. All embarkment will be completed at the same terminal, docking areas will differ, however, departure points will be advised upon check-in.
