We were greeted at the gate by a very efficient lady and told to park lane 1.
Went into the cafe and had a nice breakfast roll.
At the set time we boarded but no one seemed to know that we had a wheelchair bound person in our group.
I requested a crew member to leave space behind our car to allow offloading the wheelchair otherwise we would have struggled.
The rest of the trip was okay
Excellent service, staff super helpful and polite
Good facilities and fast sailing. Price was reasonable too,
