Passengers will check-in and embark at different stations depending on which operator they are travelling with and if they are travelling with or without a vehicle. The maritime station two and three are located next to each other, making finding the exact location easier for all passengers. Maritime Station two will host GNV and Trasmed foot passengers only. Foot Passengers will use the terminal building to check-in and display tickets. The terminal buildings will then provide direct access to the embarkment area of the terminal.

To reach the Muelle Viejo ferry terminal, follow Camí de l'Escullera along the waterfront, then continue straight onto Disseminat Aparcamiento Sector H, which leads directly to the terminal area.
