Good value for money. Staff were okay, but they could improve cabin cleanliness; there were fingerprints on the windows and doors. Keep up the good work on customer satisfaction, especially with the elderly people at the garages who don't immediately understand the instructions. So, patience and understanding are needed with them and the other drivers who waited two hours to board – that's the first impression that sticks. The goodbye at the car exit was a positive touch.
Good jerney from Roskoff to Plymouth. Arriving time should be earlyer to arrive with daylight.
We love travelling by Ferry. It is comfortable, easy to board and space to walk around and sleep even without a cabin. The booking was very easy too.
