The trip was for my mother, who came from Sardinia to visit me in Milan. She had a great time, slept well, and the trip was pleasant. The sea was calm and the boat arrived on time.
It's a shame that upon arrival in Genoa, garage number 3 was allowed to leave later than garage number 4 at the Azzurra. They wanted to ensure an orderly process, but because the ramp for garage number 4 was also down, all the cars left at once, leading to chaos and forcing those who followed the instructions to wait longer. This was particularly frustrating for holidaymakers with a journey of over 1000km ahead of them.
