First time on board, everything was brilliant! Staff was very helpful and happy to help. Bed and linen, fantastic! Thank you Brittany Ferries, will be travelling a great deal to France, so see you soon.
Pretty good. Very pleasant crossing in a very new shop
The ferry is amazing! Plenty of places to sit and explore and spotlessly clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only negative is that foot passengers had to carry all luggage with them on board- nothing was taken in the hold. This is tricky if travelling alone or if elderly negotiating stairs etc . There were luggage areas but these were not explained by staff. Communication was poor regarding this.
