We were booked on the 10:00 ferry from Dover to Dunkirk. Arrived at 08:45 then queued for over an hour at passport control, only to be told we missed the 10:00 and were rebooked on the 12:00. Consequently, we missed an important appointment in Antwerp. The whole check in system needs to be improved drastically and reduce queuing times.
Great experience, breakfast as it should be and not like with that other airline where you have to get food from a machine.
Still expensive, but great service thanks
