Only a 4 hour crossing…

Only a 4 hour crossing but almost an hour to get off the Ferry after we had docked.

Aferry charged me for altering…

Aferry charged me for altering booking then said they had not.spoke to dfds who sorted it.
Aferry apologised and reembursed but should not have said can alter booking when couldnt
