The reception staff were barely…
The reception staff were barely friendly; a simple "hello" costs nothing. The food prices were exorbitant! A small bottle of sparkling water was €4.50, dessert €8, and the food was mediocre beyond belief. Next time, I'll just buy a sandwich from outside. In short, it's a rip-off!

All was good but unfortunately I’m English speaking and only speak a small amount of French it was hard to deal with most of the staff because of this ! Maybe I should try harder to speak French but it is a tourism business but enjoyed it otherwise
