Karlovasi Port features one primary quay that accommodates all ferries and boats. Passengers travelling with vehicles can follow the posted signs that guide them directly to the quay. Although there isn't a separate check-in lane for drivers, they can efficiently complete their check-in process along the docking quay. Both check-in and boarding occur in the same area, providing a simple and efficient experience for all travellers.

Upon arrival at port, the port is well signposted and easily located along the waterfront. The pedestrian footpaths lead directly onto the main quay. Pedestrians will check-in using the check-in point on the quay. There is only one quay situated at Tinos Port, therefore all passengers will travel from the same quay or terminal. Once check-in is complete, the walkway point will further continue onto the embarkment quay, this is where all passengers will embark.
