Upon arrival at Santa Cruz de La Palma Port you will be greeted with detailed signposts that will direct you accordingly. Vehicles will follow the 'Port Departures' sign and continue forward into the marked vehicle departure lanes. Check-in will be completed using the convenient vehicle lanes that will lead directly to the emabrkment area of the port. After motorist passengers have checked-in they will enter the embarkment area of the port where all passengers will embark within the same location.

Foot Passengers will enter the terminal building that is situated to the left of the main entrance. Foot passengers will use the building to check-in and display tickets. Once check-in is complete, foot passengers will continue to use the pedestrian walkways situated conveniently through the terminal building to access toe embarkment area.
