Staff were so lovely after my ferry was cancelled. So happy to have a cabin on my way back with my new puppy Elpheba! Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ferry is small and basic. The loading of cars is very poor with passengers having to get out of the cars in order to squeeze them into the tightest space, drivers hardly able to exit their vehicles. Everything is very dated. And the ferry was late both there and return.
Unfortunately our ferry was cancelled through adverse weather conditions Aferry handled the whole situation for us and obtained a full refund quickly and back in our bank account within 3days excellent customer service
