Left Holyhead 10 minutes late, very noisy onboard making it difficult to get any rest. No coffee in the nearest cafe, so had to walk to other end of ship to get a coffee.

We were greeted at the gate by a very efficient lady and told to park lane 1.
Went into the cafe and had a nice breakfast roll.
At the set time we boarded but no one seemed to know that we had a wheelchair bound person in our group.
I requested a crew member to leave space behind our car to allow offloading the wheelchair otherwise we would have struggled.
The rest of the trip was okay
