Seats are very uncomfortable unless…

Seats are very uncomfortable unless you pay extra for one of the lounge seats, they might be better. Cabins creak and groan so not easy to sleep. Not impressed for a nine hour ferry ride. Food mediocre and not available for very long - it was ready before we were onboard but not immediately available when we were onboard - does not improve the quality. Slow boarding process. Poor communication to waiting passengers.
