I didn't receive an email, arrived in Porto Torres and was told I had to go to Olbia to reach my ship, which meant a 120 km trip back. The service was poor, both on and off the ship, prices were like in Switzerland, and the quality was even worse.

The ship was clean but the sink in the cabin was clogged and during the voyage the beds made noise as if they were touching each other so it was difficult to fall asleep.
