I was told it needed…

I was told it needed to have my eye scanned and my finger print taken in hoek van Holland on arrival and asking where I needed to go for it they laughed looked at me like u was an idiot and told me to be on my way. Seems to be a lack of communication somewhere. Never buy anything on the ferry as prices are far to high for the quality of food served and they shut way to early.shops are over priced and there is not much for kids to do on the crossing. Ticket prices are expensive and especially expensive for the night crossing which we cant afford to do.
