Foot Passengers: Proceed to the ticket office located at the terminal. Vehicles: Follow the signage directing vehicles to the designated check-in lanes. Park your vehicle in the assigned area and proceed to the ticket office with your printed ticket, vehicle documents, and valid ID for all passengers. After completing check-in and receiving boarding passes, return to your vehicle and await instructions from port authorities to proceed through customs and onto the ferry.

The trip was great, calm and fast, and the staff were friendly. However, unfortunately, half of the toilets were closed, and the elevator was not working. Overall, travelling with GNV is recommended. I'll use it again soon.
