Upon arrival at this terminal, there will be clear signposts showing that this area is for Grimaldi and Tirrenia passengers only. All passengers travelling with Grimaldi Lines and Tirrenia will embark at the same area on Dock 1, where they will also complete check-in. Both operators implement a fast check-in process at this port where tickets will be checked upon boarding to avoid delays.

I didn't receive an email, arrived in Porto Torres and was told I had to go to Olbia to reach my ship, which meant a 120 km trip back. The service was poor, both on and off the ship, prices were like in Switzerland, and the quality was even worse.
