        Extremely disappointing

        • Extremely disappointed that Anek changed our booking to Blue Star Ferries on our return trip. It was a much inferior ship, bunk beds instead of a twin room, the tiniest, stuffy cabin and the rudest crew, especially at reception. The food was poor.

        Dream come true

        • I used all ferries in my travels from island to island in Greece service magic the best food l ate was on ferries and boats ANEK Lines SUPERFAST and other lines slept in cabins and on deck best experience in my life worth doing

        absolute waste of money

        • we were family summer holidays traveling from Venezia Italy to Igoumenitsa Greek by a ferry Anek lines, unfortunately, was tough my two children and me and my wife affected with Cockroaches very badly it really shames for the big company Anek lines I am not going to be using a decline them in my entire life again please be advised use super fast all ways

        Chaos

        • What a chaotic experience! A free for all driving on to the ferry with no instruction to tell you that all passengers must board by foot, only the driver allowed in the car. Like a humanitarian rescue boat once on board, bodies lying everywhere. Well worth the extra money for a luxury cabin and on board facilities good, once you climb over people to get to them.

        Expensive cabins and poor wifi

        • The overall booking and check in process was good however, when you compared the cost of the cabin it was two times the cost of the ferry. It was 247 euros and the last ferry trip only days earlier on another ferry was £85 for a 24 hour trip. When I was on board I again questioned the cost and it was the same 247 euros and there were spare cabins and after talking to several people in the restaurant they would not pay this amount out of principle so these cabins were left and not used. Surely from a business prospective it would have been better to drop the price and sell out all the cabins.The other issue was the wifi, it was very poor and not worth the money as I failed to send some important emails to work, this needs to be looked at. Apart from that most of the staff were very friendly except the people at the reception especially the lady who was very impolite and needs customer relation training. I will be happy to use this service again and also recommend it to others.
