Horrible, everything dirty. People sleeping everywhere , toilets soaked and smelly, I couldnt sleep in whole night . Never do it!!!

Food very limited, snack sandwich’s were not fresh! Not on time, sail at 10am, actually left at approx 11am. When I booked it stated docking in Genoa would be 12noon then on the ticket 9am then over an announcement we were told to be out of our cabins at 6am for docking at 07:15am but didn’t dock till 08:15.So everyone is stood around from 6am tired, it’s not on!The ferry was grubby, smelt musty, windows filthy, the cabins were old and awful, toilet seat barely had any ceramic coating left on it! Duty free was just alcohol and tobacco.The trip was from Spain to Italy so I was looking forward to some Spanish or Italian culture on board but the entertainment was Asian and far too loud. The ferry has seen its day, it needs a full renovation or taking out of use altogether.

This is our first experience with GNV, While the staff were very good, the food choice and captive audience prices really were poor. Top mark to the service side handling our orders but the cost of the pizza was far too high, our 4 x 30eur vouchers vanished on 2 pizzas. We saw various meals at self-service display board but on joining the que non were available or on offer. Next time we will take our own.
