Old tonnage, broken interior, booked a 'Luxury Cabin' (linoleum floor, rather shabby in comparison to other carriers in the Med and the Baltic) for 2 adults and 1 child, but they only provided us with a double bed, not the advertised 3 beds. So only 2 beds/linen/towels. Upon request, a crib was delivered, which was broken and continued to fall apart. No added blanket, pillow or towel. Asked again, but nothing was done. Quite disappointing. The Maitre of the restaurants was great though, food too and the ferry was bang on time.
We didn’t have a cabin with a window, even though we reserved and paid for one. In the cabin was really hot.
Thank, everithing is good
