The Port of Skikda, located on Algeria's northeastern Mediterranean coast, is one of the country's most important maritime hubs. It serves as a key centre for oil and gas exports, thanks to its proximity to major petrochemical facilities and natural gas processing plants.
Additionally, the port handles general cargo, passengers, container traffic, and imports. Its modern infrastructure and strategic location make it a vital link in Algeria's trade network, supporting both domestic economic growth and international commerce.
