The staircase connecting vehicle deck…

The staircase connecting vehicle deck 3 to the cabin deck (our deck 3a) is a nightmare. This staircase, assuming we even find the right one, is as narrow as an attic ladder, winding past pipes and doors as if we were already in the engine room. The elevator is overcrowded. There are no signs indicating where access is blocked during restricted hours. Appropriate signage would be helpful.
