Terminal Crociere at Bari Port is heavily signposted and easy to locate. All check-in, embarkment will occur in the Terminal Crociere. Once you arrive, you will be greeted with a signpost showing the direction of the check-in desk and embarkment area you should choose. Greece routes are either straight ahead or left. Albania and Montenegro are found to the left. All passengers will check-in and board at the same area and port staff are usually available to help with any further questions.

No communication was provided before the day of departure regarding practical boarding information (e.g., where to collect the boarding pass before arriving at the ship). A smile is clearly not the staff's strong suit. The customer is clearly not their priority.
