Upon arrival at Lymington Port, there will be signposts indicating which direction to take at the entrance. All passengers will continue straight ahead where there will be marked lanes for each type of passenger. Vehicle and motorist passengers will continue into the vehicle check-in lanes. Foot passengers will continue into the lane that is marked 'Passenger Terminal'. Vehicle passengers will continue to conduct check-in using the vehicle check-in kiosks to which the lanes will then proceed to follow around into the designated embarkment areas. Foot passengers will proceed to enter the passenger terminal where a variety of facilities are available. Purchased tickets can be checked in and new tickets can be purchased here within operating hours. After check-in, foot passengers may use the designated walkways to enter the embarkment area where boarding will be held.
