We really enjoyed using the ferry from the immediate and very simple check in, a nice coffee facility adjacent, on the dot departure, very comfortable seating areas and another opportunity for light refreshments. Only slight negative was finding out too late, that we could have got a £40 reduction on the price through the Shanklin hotel where we were staying!

A great service from both Aferry and Wight Link. Because of traffic holdups on the M25 we missed our 11am sailing by about 4 mins. however Wight Link booked us onto the 12 noon ferry at no extra charge.
