The ferry AF Claudia is now used for the Ancona-Durres route. However, it is smaller than the AF Mia and has significantly fewer cabins, which are booked up very quickly. Prices are raised days before departure. There are only a few (dirty) outdoor areas, and even there, no tables or seating. The small interior was very cramped with many people. We no longer felt comfortable on this ferry.
The ferry crossing was cancelled by the shipping company and aFerry doesn't automatically issue a refund. It's incredibly frustrating having to chase after your money. Zero stars for aFerry!
