The entire trip was well-organized and planned, as were the crew members. We received a warm welcome and were escorted to our cabin by a crew member. Upon arrival, we were given priority disembarkation due to our disability. Hope to see you again soon!

This was our third cruise this summer. Previously, we traveled on the ships "Zeus Palace" and "Europa Palace." This trip from Olbia to Livorno was on the "Cruise Europa Palermo." By far the nicest and best ship so far. The food and cabins were very good. The only thing we found bothersome was the extremely cold air conditioning in the public areas.
